Hillary Gardee a daughter to Goodrich Gardee went missing in 29 April 2022. Her body was later discovered outside a plantation a mere 35 minutes away from her home in Mbombela. SAPS have arrested three men, Philemon Lukhele, 47; Sipho Lawrence Mkhatshwa, 39; and Albert Mduduzi Gama, 52 – on charges of murder, rape, possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition, as well as conspiracy to commit murder. They are due for their bail application on August 8 2022.

Swaziland government Spokesperson slams Godrich Gardee over claims King Mswati orchestrated Hillary Gardee’s death. ” The government of Swaziland have no history of attacking people, taking them down because they were seen toyi-toying at the border because of their political beliefs. I don’t know why Mr Gardee regards himself so ‘highly, politically.’ These claims have got absolutely no truth in them, and our government cannot dignify it by giving it comment,” he said in a public statement.
King Mswati’s sentiments when addressing the Nation during the Police Day on Friday 05 August 2022 were so incriminating. He said that Godrich Gardee knew who killed his daughter, dentifying Godrich Gardee as a suspect. This alone makes the King an accomplice state informer or witness in this case.
While inside the Tiny Swazi country, King Mswati Speaking during the Police Day on Friday 05 August 2022, he said he was aware that there were some forces who were targeting his armed forces in order to instill fear in them by killing and issuing intimidating statements.
“I therefore advise you that as you go about embarking on your important duties, you go out in full alert and in readiness to respond effectively and decisively against any criminal elements and you must meet them *Eye for an Eye,” he said.
The King of Swaziland has therefore announced and declared Combat, despite the unresolved political crisis in the country that has resulted after the June 2021 political uprising and Massacre.
